Create Zip File
Creates a zip file on a server.
Script usage:
Create-ZipFile( Name: <text>, Directory: <text>, [Overwrite: <true/false>] );
This operation may be prefixed with Files::, although this is a built-in namespace and isn't really necessary.
Arguments:
