Downloads the contents of a ProGet package to a specified directory.
Script usage:
ProGet::Get-Package( [Credentials: <text>], Feed: <text>, Name: <text>, [Version: <text>], Directory: <text>, [DeleteExtra: <true/false>], [Server: <text>], [UserName: <text>], [Password: <text>], [RecordDeployment: <true/false>] );
