Create Package
Creates a universal package from the specified directory.
Script usage:
ProGet::Create-Package( [From: <text>], [Include: <@(text)>], [Exclude: <@(text)>], [To: <text>], [Overwrite: <true/false>], [Group: <text>], Name: <text>, Version: <text>, [PackageSource: <text>], [Metadata: <%(key1: value1, ...)>] );
